  • Description: This involves the ability to feel, be present with, and manage emotions.

  • Examples: Sadness, anger, frustration, fear, love, happiness, joy.

  • Client Insights:

    • “I’m annoyed about this situation. I’m frustrated with my colleagues, but I’m even more irritated with myself.”

    • “I just don’t feel like doing anything. I can’t seem to get motivated.”

    • “I used to have so much joy for life. I want to get back there.”

Spiritual Health

  • Description: This involves the condition of your spirit, a perceived sense of purpose, and connection to something greater.

  • Examples: Prayer, meditation, connectedness, oneness, inspiration, purpose, faith, alignment.

  • Client Insights:

    • “I used to be so fulfilled, but now I’m struggling to find a sense of purpose.”

    • “I’m so isolated. It feels like it’s me against the world.”

    • “I want to bring more of a sense of peace and ease into my days.”

My Personal Journey
